Testimonials

I would like to thank Fortunata for her excellent “therapeutic yoga” class.  So far I have attended three classes and they all have been very healing and informative.  I like the term she uses to describe the class “yoga before yoga”.  In Fortunata’s class I receive comprehensive information about the poses and their benefits, she makes sure we are doing the poses correctly and effectively. You can stop and ask questions, it is truly a great class for someone new to yoga who is interested in understanding how yoga works and its benefits to body, mind and spirit.  I would recommend to all new to yoga to start with Fortunata’s class!

I took the gentle therapeutics class with Fortunata, and I really enjoyed it (as it's considered the 'yoga before the yoga'). You get a chance to learn the yoga poses correctly before starting regular classes. You learn what each pose stretches and works, and how to perform it without pushing yourself too far. Thanks!" NV

Coming to Yoga Shala is truly a great yoga experience.  I am learning yoga is not just stretching and meditation.    SD
