WHY PRIVATE YOGA?
Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. A private yoga session with an experienced teacher can be a helpful step in developing and deepening your yoga experience, your personal practice, and discovering aspects of your practice that might easily be overlooked in a larger class experience.
For new practitioners, it provides an effective way to learn the fundamental principles of safe and empowering practice. For students with a regular practice, private sessions offer an opportunity to explore their practice and go deeper.
Private yoga sessions are tailored to the needs and personal goals of each client.
Sessions may focus on:
- therapeutic treatment of physical ailments or discomfort
- creating sequences or a customized practice (including for pregnancy, post-natal or injury rehabilitation)
- developing a deeper understanding of body mechanics/technique
- developing a meditation or pranayama practice
60 Minute Session (up to 10 individuals): $120 + hst
Over 10 people price will vary - please contact us.
**Includes mat rental for each person
60 Minute Session: $80 + hst
75 Minute Session: $90 + hst
