What:  Every Friday, starting April 4, Run Walk or Jog with Yoga Shala Runners' Group  followed by a Yin Yoga class!

 

When: Every Friday arrive at the Studio at 5:30 pm to leave at 5:40 pm sharp for a 30 minute Run/Walk along the Trans Canada Trail. Back at the studio by 6:10 pm, in time for the 6:15 pm Yin Yoga class!

 

Why: Our Goal is to Raise $ for Bethell Hospice by entering the annual Caledon Pit Run/Walk on September 13, 2014!.  Also it is an excellent "outdoor" cardiovascular workout and a great way to connect with others in our yoga community!

 

How: Sign up at the studio and join us every Friday at 5:30pm! We look forward to seeing you at Yoga Shala Caledon and on The Trail! Participation in the run/walk/jog is free, regular pricing applies for the Yin class.
